2. Payment Terms

Advance payment may be required for first-time buyers, custom orders, imported items, or bulk purchases.

3. Currency
All payments shall be made in Indian Rupees (INR) unless otherwise agreed in writing for export or international transactions.
4. Taxes
Applicable GST or other statutory taxes shall be charged as per prevailing Indian laws unless specifically mentioned otherwise in the quotation or invoice.
5. Invoice & Billing

Tax invoice / commercial invoice will be issued for eligible transactions.

Customers are requested to provide accurate billing details including company name, GSTIN (if applicable), billing address, and contact details.
6. Late / Pending Payments
Delayed payments may result in:

Delay in dispatch or delivery

Suspension of pending orders

Withdrawal of credit terms

Applicable interest or recovery charges where contractually agreed
7. Payment Confirmation
Customers are advised to share payment reference details after transfer to ensure faster reconciliation and order processing.
8. Refunds

Refunds, if applicable, shall be processed based on transaction nature, order status, and mutual resolution.

Approved refunds may take reasonable banking time to reflect.
9. Security Notice
Please make payments only to officially communicated bank accounts or authorized payment channels of IndoVast. We are not responsible for payments made to unauthorized accounts.
